MIXER WAGONS

Development and production of mixer wagons suitable for manufacturing vertical feed mixers trailed. Single, double or triple augers.  Possibility to customize the dimensions of mixer wagons. Development, by a software, of the hoppers to combine with plasma cutting  machines and oxygen cutting machines in order to have nesting software cutting.  Production of stiffeners for renovating damaged and obsolete internal surfaces. They are manufactured according to the mixer wagon  dimensions and supplied with pantograph cutting and calendering in two or four parts.  It is possible to customize every single element of your mixer wagon:   knives and counter-knives  number, position and dimensions of unloading doors (chutes)  trimmings of the upper part of the cone, spirals and ring  bottom plate thickness 12, 15, 18, 20 and 25 mm hopper thickness 5, 6 and 8 mm  sheets made in carbon steel and/or in stainless steel delivery of the unfinished product and/or sandblasted with metallic grit
