ONE AXLE SLURRY TANKS HOMOLOGATED

One axle slurry tanks (tank vehicles) have a large container for transporting and spreading manure. Designed and manufactured according to the place they have to work, i.e. in plain and hilly areas tanks must be high and short enough, while in highlands little and long tanks are recommended. 2000 to 5000 liters capacity tanks have the following features: -   the rear bottom can completely be opened -   inside stiffener ring -   internal breakwater plates -   two bowls flanged overflow valve -   pressure relief valves with pressure gauge -   mano-vacuummeter -   level indicator with protection -   siphon for loading and unloading unit -   trays on tank for carrying suction hose -   manual or hydraulic locker knife valve gates placed on one side or back Slurry tanks can have:   -   loading and unloading unit for suction and compression and centrifugal pump -   swivel cast iron pipe -   rear plough for umbilical slurry spreading  -   side extraction arm -   rigid or flexible leaf springs (elliptical/parabolical) -   Axle or motorized axis -   Visual and lighting signaling -   Different kind of tires -   Homologated rotating drawbar eye  -   Universal joint shaft, B4 or B5 protection included -   Parking jack  -   Loading bay chock Manual brakes: hydraulic through a pump working thanks to a mechanical unified lever; independent – hydraulic transmission;  hydraulic – continuous or pneumatic one and continuous-mechanical one. In order to meet the final use requirements besides the basic equipments, some customized elements can be added. For example, for guaranteeing the best long lasting, slurry tanks can be completely finished as hot-galvanized (inside and outside) and some elements can be painted.  The final product is delivered with the identification plate, CE declaration of conformity, user manual and documents for the road homologation.

Tanks manufactured with plates suitable for hot-galvanization, class 1. They can be supplied galvanized, accessories included or  unfinished for realizing other applications. They are suitable for transporting and spreading manure, designed for fitting up hooklift trailer  and/or industrial trucks, wire welded and submerged arc welded.  Tanks can have different capacities according to the client’s requirements and can be customized in order to satisfy the final use needs:  the whole bottom can be opened or there is a rear swivel cap  inside stiffener rings; their quantity change according to the capacity  internal breakwater plates  fairings  steel stubs and different bearings  two bowls flanged overflow valve   pressure relief valves with pressure gauge  mano-vacuummeter  level indicators with protection  siphon for loading and unloading unit  ready for installing the arm  supports for swivel cast iron pipe  When tanks are delivered they can be homologated with the identification plate and the CE declaration of conformity, or not homologated  and the final assemblage is made by the customer.
